“I wanted to send you a note to thank you for everything you and the Cohasset Cares team have done for my father.

When my father moved back into his home after a stay in short-term rehabilitation, we had little hope that he would get out of bed again, let alone walk. Nearly a year later, he is walking with his walker and getting outside for rides up and down the sidewalk in his electric wheelchair.

You and the Cares team have been there for the entire journey, responding to and addressing his evolving needs every step of the way. Whether it was something as simple as adding grip tape or as significant as providing a wheelchair ramp so he could safely leave the house, Cohasset Cares never missed a beat.

From strategically installing handrails and grab bars, to bridging thresholds, building ramps, and even helping him get from the house to the car for doctor's appointments, your support has made a meaningful difference in his quality of life.

Most importantly, you treat him with dignity, respect, and kindness. You make him feel valued and important, and that means more to our family than I can adequately express.
